Catherine Tabaka is CEO Sodexo Healthcare North America, responsible for the Midwest and West regions. Ms. Tabaka is a member of the North America Regional Leadership Committee for Sodexo, the global leader in Quality of Life services. Operating in 80 countries, Sodexo’s 427,000 employees serve 100 million consumers each day through On-site Services, Benefits and Rewards Services, and Personal and Home Services. Ms. Tabaka joined Sodexo in July 2017 from HILL-ROM Holdings, Inc., where she served as Senior Vice President and President of the Patient Support Systems – Specialty Products global business unit. Previously, she spent a number of years with General Electric in its Healthcare and Financial Services businesses in a variety of global positions, with her last role being Chief Commercial Officer for the Advanced X-Ray Technologies business.

Ms. Tabaka has 23 years global Sales and Marketing leadership experience and has lived in the United Kingdom, France, U.S., Germany, Austria, Switzerland and China. She brings proven experience in developing and deploying organic and inorganic growth strategies in B2C and B2B environments, and the ability to drive growth in emerging markets. She speaks fluent English, French and German.

Ms. Tabaka holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Arts from École de Management, Lyon, France.
