Matthew Stoudt is a recovering investment banker, serial entrepreneur and the CEO and Co-Founder of appliedVR, the leading provider of therapeutic in the US. appliedVR delivers non-pharmacological therapeutic alternatives to patients both in hospitals and at home via its VR Pharmacy. The Company is building a VR pharmacy, powered by bio-data and clinically validated, to help patients better manage their pain, anxiety and depression in hospitals and at home. The Company is partnered with 12 of the top 20 ranked hospitals and is deployed in over 180 HCPs in 40 states and 7 countries.
appliedVR also launched the first mobile bio-data platform that leverages bio-sensors and a mobile app to provide unprecedented tracking of patient symptoms and responses to therapeutic intervention.

Matthew has spoken at CES, Health 2.0, BioMed, Exponential Technology, Fortune Brainstorm Health, and MedTech among others and been written up in over 20 publications including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Fortune, The Guardian, MIT Tech Review and the LA Times.

Prior to founding appliedVR, Matthew founded and built out the largest digital out of home media platform in the US, exiting to Verifone in 2014; launched multiple successful businesses as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at McDonald’s Corporation; and began his career in investment banking and private equity.

Matthew earned his MBA at Kellogg Graduate School of Business graduating with honors and his BA from Northwestern University.
