With more than 20 million users worldwide and an average user review of 4.5 stars (both iTunes/Android), iTriage was one of the most widely used consumer healthcare apps in the world and marked one of the first exits for a high-profile mobile health startup. Patrick continued to lead multiple initiatives including the consumer information security strategy and building the web and mobile experience for Aetna’s consumer insurance business at the rebranded Aetna Mobile (2016).
